Check in and check out times are flexible in case there are no other guests before or after your stay. Otherwise the times could be indicative:

Upon your arrival it is required to sign a simple rental contract.
The tourist tax of € 3.50 per day (only for the first 10 days of stay) for each guest over 10 years old must be added to the indicated price. This amount must be paid to the owner upon arrival.
Booking up to two guests requires the preparation of the double bed only.
The preparation of the second bed (sofa bed) is made after booking by the third guest. The preparation of the second bed with only two booked guests involves a supplement of 10 euros in the summer season and 15 euros in the winter season.
It is possible to request additional linen by paying a supplement
The Montesacro district is well connected to the historic center. Near the apartment, express bus lines reach Termini Station or Piazza Venezia in 15-20 minutes. Conca D'Oro Metro Station is a 10-minute walk away.
Nearby is the Nomentana Railway Station where trains from Fiumicino Airport stop.
In the neighborhood there is every type of commercial activity, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, banks, post office.
Near the apartment there is a green area that is part of the Aniene Park, crossed by a cycle path that leads to Villa Ada. Alternatively, a brand new cycle path leads to Porta Pia.
